"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. "I have owned my 120+ year old home for over two years now and Max and his team are the only plumbers I've used for everything from hot water heater replacement/installation to now installing a flood control system in my front yard. This was by far the largest construction job we've done to the house other than a new roof. The flood control was installed to alleviate water backup we would occasionally get in our basement when the city sewer backed up and prepare for adding additional bathrooms to the house in the future. This was a HUGE job including heavy machinery to dig the pit and Max's team was efficient and kept the job site as clean as possible. After accepting the contract, Max had his team out to my house within a week and had the pit dug and hardware installed in one day. His team promptly came back on the second day (as planned) with he electrician to run power for the pumps and finalize the job. Max has worked with us from day one to lay out a long term plan to update our aging plumbing system (galvanized pipes, corroded catch basin, buckled sewer pipes) as we plan to renovate our home in phases to spread out our spending. Although nobody likes spending money on all this stuff that nobody will ever see, I trust Max and his team to get the job done the right way and on budget. They have always gone above and beyond whether it's a small or large job and I appreciate that."

"Nick and his team were initially very good at our snow removal. They worked with snowblowers rather than a plow, which made for a better cleared driveway. Initially, they came within a reasonable amount of time after a snowfall. But as the season wore on, the team frequently had not showed up even 24 hours after a snowfall - an unacceptable amount of time. Calls to Nick most often went unanswered. If, by chance, he did return a call, Nick was apologetic and polite - but it didn't change the problems. This season, with the first large snowfall, no one showed up - and multiple calls to Nick were never returned."

"They did an excellent job, did it in a timely manner, the only thing my husband complained about was that they didn't clean the gutters as well as they should have. They had to use a cement mortor mix to repair the chimney. There were three leaks above the chimney and since they've restored it, it's been fine. They came and took about 2-3 days to complete the work, they even came on the weekend to finish the job."
