My husband was really itching to at least get the lawn mowed so he said that if Ramos couldn't come in the next day or so he was going to do it himself (the neighbors were giving us the evil eye...). Douglas called me today and said he could come by tomorrow night which was great. But low and behold, they pulled up this evening! They actually went out of their way to come I think, and we appreciate it so much. These guys are terrific. Extremely nice and very good at what they do. We highly recommend them! He gave us information about fertilizing and upkeep so that we can maintain our beautiful new lawn--he really cares that it look good for the long term. "They're good about coming when they say they're gonna come so they don't cancel their appointment or change their appointment time and if they do have to change it, they always tell me that they're gonna change their scheduled date. They're easy to work with. They're in and out quickly. They always shut the gate in the backyard which I know sounds like not a big deal but it is a big deal for the dogs. They always clean things up."

"Fine. They came to give an estimate on a day when I was working, so I didn't get a chance to discuss specifics. Nevertheless they had a good reputation and the estimate was comparable with another one I had received for the same job. They came on the day they said they would and performed the job to my satisfaction. I would have appreciated a call to let me know when they would be arriving so that I could discuss the specifics with them (naturally they showed up in the 2 hour window when I had to leave the house- they were gone by the time I returned). My only gripe was that I sent my payment check with the Angies list coupon and the 10% deducted from the bill. I then received a letter requesting the "outstanding amount". When I called to get this addressed the receptionist was abrupt and unapologetic for the billing error. The communication with the company was a little below what I would expect and the service was a little anonymous, but I would probably use them again. Ultimately I have no complaints about the quality of the work or the cost."

"I have had Steve off and on for many years to care for my lawns. I have moved a few times so service was interrupted (once was in association and lawn care included). I now live in Clackamas county and not only are routine services (mow, fertilize, etc.) but at times, such as fall the gardeners prep the lawn and shrubs for winter. One house, Steve maintained the sprinkler system. I have known and used Steve for years. would recommend him."

"Low-flow spray sprinklers were installed for the lawn and drip irrigation for the beds. A second job to install sprinklers for a parking strip was also done. Overall great work. Sometimes hard to get a hold of, but he ultimately comes through. Expensive, but no one else accepted the job because of the complexity and he preserved the entire landscaping."
