"Chambers Services is the company contracted to do warranty work by our local Lowe's. The ladies that did the scheduling in the office were very professional and gave us a date with am or pm service times available. Our tech, Scott, was personable and extremely conscious of keeping the work area tidy. He called about an hour prior to his arrival. He covered his shoes with disposable covers upon entering our home, and placed a mat in his work area to avoid scratching or marring the hardwood floors. Parts had to be ordered, and his return visits were handled in the same professional manner. He answered all my questions about the repair, and I would definitely recommend this company and this tech for future repair work. I've had other techs from other repair services stomp through the house with muddy shoes, scratch our floors, and leave the debris clean-up for me to do. Scott was so conscious of these issues and treated my home like it was his. Good job!"

They were here the very next day to take on the Navien boiler issue and with no avail; could not get it fixed. They spent hours on the phone with Navien and did everything they possibly could to fix the issue, but it turns out..warranties are voided if your products are not installed by a professional (I did NOT know this) :(  <br>They were extremely caring and I could tell they felt bad for my situation. But they did not waste any of my time. Gave me a few options as far as getting a new boiler and even wanted to help me out and give me a discount on a new one. I chose to invest a little extra money and get an entire new HVAC system installed. They didn't charge me for the previous days work (I don't believe) and rounded everything off to a solid number that worked well for both of us. I was able to do financing with 0% interest for 5 years!!! Woohoo! I was thrilled at this point. <br>This all happened on a Friday and they started immediately the following Monday morning. They even provided me with a few space heaters (free of charge) to keep me warm during the weekend (they offered, I did not ask). They installed a brand new furnace and air conditioner along with all new duct work, as well as a brand new electric water heater. They got everything done in 2 days. I am absolutely ecstatic!! They were very professional and every person that I spoke with exceeded my expectations! I would 100% recommend Town and Country Services! They will get the job done and they actually care about their customers wants and needs! <br> <br>Thank you Town and country!
