But the job was delayed two weeks beyond originally scheduled date, at least once because cleaning up storm damage elsewhere took priority over scheduled non-emergency work, and once because of equipment breakdown. Every delay seemed justified. But I wish they had been a little more pro-active in letting me know about delays. They should have called me sooner when they realized they could not get to me when promised."
