"Bought a Home Heat and air pump from this guy, seems to be honest came when I called up till winter of 2023. Unit would not heat house when it got to 32 degrees called him he would not come. I travel with work made it another month and a half end of Feb we had a cold snap was running two 1500 watt heater, and the AC unit bought from him. Called him again he would not come. Had to hire someone else to service the unit.. Heat strips were burnt out. About a month later another part went out I called him told him to come get the thing. He came replaced that part, we had a few words about him dropping me, he left. Never got a bill. Had mentioned selling a trailer to him never heard back from him. He called Mid Jan this year ask me if I still had the trailer. Did not want to sell it . Got a invoice on e mail one years after he came and fixed the unit for almost 1000 dollars. ONE YEAR. Now he is demanding payment. Use at own risk."

They could have easily said it wasn't their responsibility to help me retrieve the money, but they didn't. They created a loyal customer as a result. And the work quality was second to none. I got quotes from two other providers but theirs was the best in terms of scope definition and price. The only thing I would like to see is more responsive comms, but I also understand how hard it is to balance "front office" work with the project work for a small business. And David works 7 days a week. If he makes a project commitment, he keeps it. They are delightful people who I am looking forward to working with again."

"Patterson construction has completed 3 major projects in my Corolla NC house. Rex and his staff are professional, responsive to questions, sends photos as work progresses , and often has creative suggestions to enhance the projects. One difficult project was undertaken to prevent flooding on ground floor after severe storms. The creative solution was to raise the lower level floor height with 6 inches of concrete. Then new tile floor was added, ceiling ductwork moved to comply with code, and exterior door replaced. Doors were retro fitted, mechanics moved, and powder bath remodeled to fit change in floor. This action solved the problem of repeated water intrusion in the house. We are very pleased with Patterson Construction."
