"From the very first contact I made with Michael, he demonstrated expert knowledge of structural roofing repair and home improvement projects. He was very professional in his work and interactions with me. As soon as I called him, he spent at least 30 minutes speaking with me concerning his work experience and discussing the project that I was seeking assistance with. "They were good. I’m not a fan of the steamer for the floor. Especially when so much dirt on the pad when they left. Not sure how much was put back on the floor. Missed cleaning behind the kitchen trash can. Light switches and hand prints on doors were cleaned off. I did really appreciate that."
