She accommodates to your requests and is very open to ideas, dates, etc. Originally had contacted her company for a one time deep cleaning service and ended up hiring her for frequent, continual business with her. She had someone come out to do a free estimate quote and was on the job when a last minute cleaning need popped up. She went over and beyond with working with minimal time notice and moved things around to make it work. Her team will be quoting us for other cleaning services as well (carpets, windows, cabinetry, etc.) and I will be more than happy to hire her team on for all of it. There isn't a different company I would trust with our property than them. The price point is worth every penny and some. The work her team puts in and the pricing is uncanny. "They missed several areas that should have been cleaned, such as bottom of window sills, shutters, window areas that were later corrected with a razor and some “elbo grease”, underside of stove hood, higher up shelves in the kitchen, mold in the shower that was later corrected again with some Clorox, a razor and brush, and more “elbo grease”. Overall, compared to previous ‘deep cleanings of houses’ I’ve moved in and out of, this was a very mediocre job. Would not hire again."

Also, none who haven’t fired many. I’ve never felt this need. They are always on time and thorough. Rarely they’ve asked to change my standing time, but it’s usually for a new client or someone high maintenance (hello Orange County) Love them. 6 years! Just hire them, you will be happy."
