We went to BBB arbitration and won the case against him and he got his BBB accreditation suspended. See below the decision of the BBB arbitrator in her own words: ***In review of the testimony from both parties and the evidence presented, the decision for this arbitration is as follows: Award: Consumer seeks a refund of $2,460 for overpayment of materials Concerns regarding the difference in the amounts should have been discussed and resolved prior to the final payment being remitted.
