"Arrived on schedule. Did an excellent job with our repairs. They were immaculate. Took less time than anticipated."

"Jesus was excellent and his repair was perfect. He was a pleasure to work with on this project"

"Edd and his team did a fantastic job repairing our stucco and painting the whole house, the back walls and fence. They arrived on time and finished as promised. They even repaired and painted a small backyard wall that was not in the contract. We had 4 quotes from different companies and Edd's was the lowest cost. Highly recommend them!!!"

"LPZ is a small outfit, with only 3 employees. I found them to be responsive to my request even though it was obvious to me they were trying to juggle my job with another job they were working on at the same time. This did lead to some issues since there are only three of them. That being said, a gentleman named Geraldo did my kitchen drywall repair, which he did a very good job on. He also did a good job fixing my ceiling that had water damage. The only negative to report from my experience was that the original estimate had to be updated, which significantly increased after a further review of the work needed to do the job. However, I considered the final price to be of fair value. I would recommend them based on the quality of work they performed but keep in mind the issues I described above."

"Needed to replace drywall in a damaged house. Found out they did a lot more & hired them for a bathrm remodel. They delivered! Friendly, hard-working & professional. They worked with me over changes that had to be made when materials I ordered didn't come through in a timely manner. They easily fixed problems that I was afraid might be too expensive &/or time-consuming - but weren't. Everything looks perfect. Great crew, I'd hire them again!"

"Carlos was very professional and extremely efficient. He saw the problem and immediately suggested a very accurate and affordable solution. He was punctual and, polite. Prepped the area to be painted, protected all surfaces, and completed all the work required with quiet efficiency. I would highly recommend his services to any of my family or friends."

"If I could give Gilligan remodeling ten stars or more I would. Neil, the owner of the company goes out of his way to provide qualitt customer service. He accompanied us to pick out our tile & counter tops, providing us with feedback on what we might like. He was also able to get us a discounted price on these items, making our remodel all that much affordable. The quality of his work is impeccable, he arrives on time, works a full day & cleans up after himself. Gilligan remodeling absolutely is the best company in Tuscon, if you want quality work at an affordable price, you found it."

"Max Home Improvement came to my home after being referred through Angi to give me an estimate for installing a return-air grille in a door. He took the time to listen to my concerns, discuss different options, and suggest ways to make the finished project look more professional and easier on the eye. After looking at the room and hearing that it was getting extremely hot, he explained that adding the grille would not actually solve the problem because the real issue appears to be with the ductwork. I had already agreed to have him do the job, so he easily could have accepted the work and taken my money. Instead, he was honest and told me he did not recommend moving forward with something that would not fix the issue. I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism, and willingness to point me in the right direction. I would definitely consider calling Max Home Improvement for future projects."
