"Jose was prompt to return my call. He and his two man team came out the next day for my rush request, gave a very reasonable estimate, and preformed the job right then and there. I asked that some shrubbery be trimmed and some weeds be removed. I explained that the weeds on the side of the house next to the street were the responsibility of the HOA, but Jose did them anyway and didn't charge us for them. He said he did it because it just bothered him knowing they were there. Now THAT is service.
