They arrived on time and were very careful with their tools and very meticulas with the details of the install. The openings weren't square so it took extra effort to get them installed correctly. I love the doors! The afternoon sun doesn't heat up the rooms like it did. And it was such a good feeling to know if Hurricane Dorian had come this way I only have to lock the doors to be protected. "A1 Windows & Doors originally installed all of the windows in my house as well as the front and back door. The back door has really cool hardware that makes it extra secure. On this rare occasion almost 3 years after the installation, the hardware got stuck and I was not able to open or close my back door. But A1 came out and repaired the door at no charge to me. He was courteous, professional and worked quickly. He explained maintenance steps we should take in the future. Ben also installed a sliding lock to reinforce our second door. The office called me first to let me know the timeframe in which he would arrive and Ben called me when he was 30 minutes out.
