"It went great. I was extremely happy with the work on the roof and the kitchen, which was an insurance claim, so I asked them to fix a window that had a cracked casing that caused the trim inside the house to warp. The window repair was not associated with the insurance claim but American did such a great job with the kitchen and roof that I asked them to fix the window. The price, quality of workmanship and repairs were excellent. I'd highly recommend American Restoration for any work you need to have done - especially hire them if you have an insurance claim because that is where American excels. Working with an insurance company and trying to figure out how the policy coverages work / don't work is exhausting. American Restoration are experts in dealing with the insurance companies. I've listed the cost of service at $5000 but that includes $3500 paid out by my insurance company. My out of pocket was $1500 including my deductible."
