"I responed to an Angie's list offer for a very reasonably priced lawn aereation.  We have this done every fall.  The offer included a"flat" rate for a medium sized yard.  We have a corner lot and it is a little larger than some in the neighborhood, but the company performed the service exactly when they said they would and honored the Angie's list price.  They were also careful not damage our sprinkler system, as we did have these marked with flags.  Overall, it was top rate job and was done exactly when promised by the company.

"No one replied to my message, finally I call them around 3/15 or 3/16/12, at the time he had some personal problem which I understood it completely, and I did tell him to take his time. We had scheduled for last Friday but had to cancel due to bad weather. Larry is supposed to call me to re schedule but from my conversation with Larry I could tell he was very busy and really I felt I would not get the service I need, my feeling is that his expertise is in painting and I really don't any problems if something goes wrong. Please let me know if I could cancel my request to have him do my spring cleaning."

I've been in business for 6 years, currently employ 2 employees with an additional 1 to 2 during peak periods. I do not use sub-contractors. For weekly and bi-weekly lawn service, I bill once a month with payment due on the 15th of the following month and special projects are due upon completion. Currently cash or check are payment options, I do offer a payment plan on special projects over $2500.00 of 1/3 down, 1/3 on completion and 1/3 due in 30 days.
