It has a coating on it so for 15 years I don't have to worry about stains and all that stuff that you have to deal with ceramics which is why I didn't go with ceramic. That job went very well. We had several problems with the workers cutting corners, not mowing some areas, not cleaning up after themselves, and not taking care of the whole property. it was unpredictable when they would be coming, who would be coming, how long they would stay and what services we would be getting. When the office was called, the manager was not very helpful at all. The company's owner was contacted and he was very nice and helpful, but by that point everyone had had enough and we ended our contract. <br />"
