"Thank you for this service! Without it we would never have found Cecil. He was GREAT! My mom's fridge went out last night and she was distraught. Tomorrow is her grocery day and not having a fridge was just not going do! Cecil called me within minutes of my search here on this site this morning and offered his services. I checked with my mom, called him right back and asked if he could come today. He said he would be there between 4-6 today. At about 3 pm he called and said he could be there a little earlier, around 3:30 if that was OK. He came, diagnosed the problem and from the questions he asked about what the fridge was doing before it stopped cooling, you could tell he knew his stuff.! He had asked the model number on the phone so he had all the parts he needed with him already and was able to fix the fridge in less than one hour!! We did not do any price comparisons but the price he quoted was in line with what I was expecting a fridge repair to be. With his fast, courteous and professional service, I was able to help mom get things back in her fridge and home before dark. We could not have asked for a better service experience.
