"I had a great-experience today with the removal and installation of our new Chimney kit. Billy and Christian were the installation guys that showed up promptly at schedule time. For a two man team, they worked swiftly. Since they had to remove my old Chimney kit then install the new kit which was over three stories high I thought it'd take all day but they were extremely clean & professional. This team explained the entire process from start to finish. I'd recommend this company to anyone! They were so professional that the whole neighborhood came out to watch them work. "Overall the service was good, not great. I hired Joy Cleaning for a deep cleaning of my empty home prior to moving in. Shortly before they were scheduled to arrive, I was notified that they were delayed by two hours. Upon arrival, they went to work upstairs. I had to pre-pay for a 3 hour minimum and they were finished a little after 2 hours. Kind of sucks, but I was aware of the minimum prior to booking. Also, the home was empty so there was nothing to clean around, no blinds, didn't need the oven cleaned. In the end: the house is clean and they finished it a lot quicker than I would have. The service was pretty detailed - baseboards, windows, ceiling fans, dusting, and more. My detractors are that they arrived late and used my trash bags and paper towels."
