"I was hesitant to hire a moving company because of all the horror stories I have heard but I cannot begin to tell you how easy Leaders made my move. They were 1st in getting back to me with a quote and were by far the lowest cost. The office staff was extremely helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. The guys they sent out to help our move were exceptional. It was a rainy day, they were down a man and I later found out that someone had removed the ramp from their truck without their knowledge. Despite these circumstances I never once saw the smile disappear from their faces. They took care of our property and I even had to ask them to take a break at one point. I don't think I heard a response that didn't begin or end with "ma'am" or "sir". To top it all off they even took the time to play with our dog and made sure he didn't get outside. Guys even took the time to lock the doors behind them. I know this is a long review but I haven't experienced such professionalism and customer-service from a business like I received from Leaders Moving and Storage.
