"Donnie is very easy to get along with and does great work overall.  This project was a big one.  He showed up at 7 am and was reliable.  Some of his help was very unreliable.  Many days he was working alone or with his one helper.  To be honest, there were many days hours, days missed because of staffing issues.  But, he is not a big corporate company and I'm sure it's the way it goes.  Everything went really well through the entire remodel and we had a good rapport.  The unfortunate part of the job for myself and him was when he did the re-paint of the kitchen cabinets.  He is a brush guy and I wanted them sprayed.  He wasn't comfortable with doing them and then decided to do them.  It was a nightmare.  The paint did not stick to the primer and all began to peel off.  I didn't have a problem with this happening, as things can happen, but I had a problem with him thinking it was ok to paint over peeled sections and think that was acceptable.  When questioning him about this he stated "well, that's the best I can do."  in the end, I had to hire another painter to get the job done and Donnie paid for it.  I was delayed about 2 months because of it, but he did take responsibility and pay for it.  On a personal level he's a great guy and wants to do a great job for his customer.  I would hire him again, but he really likes to do newly built homes, which I don't have because mine was built in the 50's. <br />"

"We heard about Gerald through friends because they knew that we were going to have some remodeling and roof work done.We called Gerald and he was unavailable to come out personally but sent one of his guys out to take measurements on everything. We were told that an estimate would be done and returned to us the following day but it actually took 3 days. Gerald personally came to deliver the estimate and walked us through everything step by step. He did ask for a pretty large down payment to begin work which did bring about initial concern so we did not sign a contract right then, instead we spoke with our friends and they assured us that the work would be completed so we reluctantly agreed and signed the contract the following morning. We had a wood shake roof which we had to completely replace and add decking, we also had a sun porch added on to our home. We were told that all would take 3-4 days to complete and it was actually completed in 2 1/2. Everything looks marvelous and we encourage anybody that wants work done in Enid to look no further than this company."

"Overall we are very pleased. The sales bit is misleading - we were told that we were chosen to receive discounts as a marketing home. I eventuallly asked and it turns out that everyone is a marketing home. My understanding is that they dont spend their advertising money on print adds or commercials instead choosing to uses signs in yards and custumer testimonies and referrals. I appreciated the sales reps honesty in this. <br /> The window installers were courteous, fast ( in and out in a day) and cleaned up after themselves. The siding guys decided not to come the day after the fourth of July when they were supposed to be there and no one told us until we called the office. That was not cool. But they did a good job and also cleaned up after themselves. <br /> It has not even been a month so we dont know how the new products will effect our energy bills but we have been able to turn the air temp up in the house and still feel cool - even with the 100+ temperatures. Our old windows were original to the house built in the late 80's and rotting in several places. The siding again original was in such bad shape that we really embarrased. It looks great now and several of our neighboors have told us so!!!! YEAH!!"
