"For context, we hired System Pavers for work on our forever home. We spent about $80,000 on the project. We were not payed or compensated in anyway for this review. Because I've owned my own business for years, I felt compelled to right this review because good service and quality work, which exceeds expectations, deserves to be recognized. Let's be clear, System Pavers competes over quality and service, not price. Chrys Hoffman provided excellent design services. She made extra trips to ensure that we developed a vision that worked for me and my wife. Additionally, when there were scope changes, she made sure to call those out along with any additional charges. She gave us time between sessions to discuss and incubate our thoughts. When the project was completed the only surprises were good ones. System Pavers completed the project at the price we were expecting. System Pavers never nickle-and-dimed us. They were accommodating over any issues that were not adequately defined from the beginning. They also provided helpful suggestions that at times meant extra work for them. For example, on our side gate entrance, they recommend creating a cut-out to keep the garbage cans and allow a clear walkway into the backyard. They didn't even charge extra for that. They also extended our Pavers a few yards beyond the original plan to cover the cement which was demolished to make room trenching gas and electrical into an outdoor kitchen area. Nick Padilla, our project manager, went out of his way to help our dream come true. We had planned a 3-column basalt fountain. I was really attached to using a multi-colored fountain lights kit, embedded in the bore holes of the basalt columns to light up the water at night. However, when the fountain lights arrived, I discovered that the boreholes were about 1/2 inch to small to mount the lights flush with the tops of the columns. Nick had experience with stone masonry. He volunteered to help bore out the column holes an extra half inch at the top to make the fountain lights work. It worked. The fountains look fantastic at night! Nick made it happen for us. I've compared System Pavers' work to the work some of our neighbors completed with small independent contractors. It is easy for anyone to immediately see the difference in quality. Friends that have come to visit have commented on the excellent job System Pavers did with the pavers--friends in the contracting and construction business. One last thing. System Pavers remains focused on their core business, but they understand that completing a project often includes work that is not part of their core business. They referred a general contractor named Mohsen Esfahani who was very experienced and easy to work with. We could tell him what we wanted to do and he would suggest a variety of ways to do it--always starting with the least expensive options. He's pricing was very fair and his work was very good. If you are lucky, you will get Mohsen on your project also. Again, hats-off to Chrys Hoffman, Nick Padilla, Angel, Roberto, Mohsen, and the rest of the guys on the team."

"We worked hand by hand with Adam at Rosegold Builders and we found him and his team to be the most detailed oriented, resourceful and helpful people in each and every professional aspect area when it came to the remodeling project of our kitchen, bathrooms and few other spaces. Adam was recommended to us by a close friend who hired him in the past for his own remodeling project and he also was very happy with the overall work that they did. During our remodeling project, Adam helped us constantly to select the vendors for tiles, light fixtures, stainless steel appliances and anything else that we needed for the work. We just moved into a home that had a wreck of a backyard, just weeds, dirt, and gopher holes. Including Landscape Locators, we had three landscapers bid the project. First, I spoke with Kevin over the phone. He explained the two sides of their business, asked what we were looking for, and then recommended which side made the most sense based on what our needs and budget were. The first side of their business is to list out the project and solicit bids from several of the over 40 landscape and hardscape contractors they have a relationship with and have fully vetted. This way you don't have to solicit all the contractors yourself. The second side of their business, and the one in which was recommended to us and we therefore used, was to have the landscape and hardscape done by them. Once Kevin told us this is likely the avenue we would take, he had his business partner, Andrew, come out to our house to assess the backyard. Andrew was at our house within a few days and again took the time to explain the business models of the company. He was sure to actually provide recommendations on the backyard style and plants to use (something we did not get from other companies). I appreciated that because I don't believe to know everything about your business, just as you don't know everything about what I do. Recommendations are always welcomed and appreciated. Since Andrew agreed that this was a project for their company to do, he set up an appointment for Jesse to come to the house. Jesse was there within a few days, took measurements, and provided additional recommendations. At no point during Andrew's nor Jesse's meetings did we feel oversold to or pushed by them. They were helpful, answered our questions, and got back to us later if we had additional questions. Within a few more days, we had a bid on the project based on Jesse's measurements and our rough plan. We then scheduled the project out for their next available time, which was three weeks later. In the week before, I spoke with Jesse several times about the products we were going to purchase, where we could go look at pavers, and other questions I had. Jesse and his team worked from early morning until about 5pm for six days straight. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of every day. They were courteous, hard working, and very professional. Once done, Jesse walked us through everything that was planted, the mechanics of the sprinkler system, and the timeline for actually getting to use our new grass. We could not be more thrilled with the process from beginning to end. We felt that Andrew and Jesse were always there to answer our questions and follow through on their promises. Definitely get a quote from them if you need a project done."
