"They came out to discuss the project a couple of times, very appreciative of that. The crew did a really good job and structurally met my expectations for a shop floor. Scheduling was on point apart from the concrete company delays that nobody could predict. But I questioned costs once out of genuine curiosity and that seems to have somewhat unsettled things from that point forward. Paid them to seal the floor. Now it has splotchy areas after curing like it needs another coat. Or maybe it does not need another coat, I do not know. I have been ghosted with no reply after over a month since asking. If I needed to pay extra for them to come back, that is fine, just need to know that! End of the day, I have a strong garage floor that is cosmetically ugly in some areas but more importantly may not be fully sealed."

"Aron was recommended on HomeAdvisor. He was polite and the work he did was good but he did not finish the job. He agreed to pull up our sidewalk pavers (24 feet total length) and demolish our existing front porch slab; pour the new sidewalk and reset the brick along the edges; and pour a new 8x8 feet porch and reset the wrought iron handrails. He met with us on July 8 and gave us a bid, at which time I paid a $720 deposit. The contract set a start date of July 17 and a finishing date of July 20. He did the demolition July 15 and poured the concrete July 19, at which time I paid the balance of $1000 at his request. Because the porch was not evenly poured, he used a concrete sealant to level it. The appearance is mottled. He did not reset the handrails until July 26, which was after multiple phone calls. He did not completely anchor the handrails or clean up the loose concrete debris, despite multiple additional phone calls. I realize that he is located an hours drive from Lexington and has multiple clients, but his repeated failure to show up on time and to finish the work was disappointing."
