I contacted four local installers: Companies 1 & 2 never returned my call; Company 3 scheduled two different times for a site visit and never showed; Company 4 (John's) not only returned my call, but conducted a site visit promptly and completed the gutter install as scheduled. I was impressed by the professionalism of John and his crew of skilled technicians. Seldom have I ever hired a contractor who I can say went above and beyond what was expected, but that is the case here. The team showed obvious respect for our home and property; as far as the actual install went, they performed magic. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"I was very surprised to see how my 17 yr. old truck looked when they were finished. I was there for 2 hours, but every minute was well spent. The outside was polished to perfection including the dark molding and the tires. The engine looked as good as when it left Detroit.The engine not only looked clean but all the belts, hoses and 2 batteries (required on Cummins Engines) were polished to their original black color.The inside upholstery was steam cleaned including carpets and inside roof lining. The dash board was polished and the windows thoroughly cleaned. Plus an added bonus, their was a specialty Coffee Shop across a small street from their building!
