It sounded like a vent problem and I was referred to Paul Davis. I made the appointment and a husband and wife team, Ken and Shelley Wheeler, should up and cleaned the vent. They were friendly, professional and shared vast amounts of information with us. <br /> Unfortunately, my dryer was still not drying. I called Paul Davis back and Ken and Shelley were quick to return. After spending time studying the problem, a discovery was made. My dryer flange was not working! We removed it and my dryer started drying clothes again. I never would have thought something so easy would have made such a huge difference! <br /> I will continue using Paul Davis in the future. Three years ago I began noticing that my electricity bill started increasing and I was having to dry and redry clothes two and sometimes three times. Once I figured out that my dryer vent was partially clogged I started searching all over town for someone who could clean dryer vents. Most of the local businesses and neighbors gave me suggestions like buying one of those dryer boxes that you put water in. \n I purchased one of those boxes through a mail order company. It seemed to work well for a while until I started seeing lint building up on the laundry room walls, doors, and ceiling. By the time I decided that I was just not happy using this "work around" product, my laundry room looked like my blue jeans exploded! That's when I started looking for everything I could about dryer exhaust cleaning.I started this business because I believe no one should have to put up with excessive electricity bills, dangerous fire hazards, or an unhealty environment due to microscopic lint particles. I refuse to see anyone live in these conditions simply because the service is not available.
