"We used DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen earlier this year to put in a new bathroom in our basement plus do a minor remodel (countertop replacements) on all of our other bathrooms to match the new one. I have to say, we couldn't be more happy with both the end result as well as how DreamMaker approached the entire process from start to finish. The DreamMaker team were really friendly, professional, and responsive from day one until, well, weeks after they'd finished when we had some questions about care and maintenance. They were very transparent with their pricing up front and also provided a complete product list of everything they had installed. When they were working inside of our home, all of the workers that came to visit took immense care. They did a fantastic job in covering up all of our carpet they were walking on, covering up the floors and other surfaces in our bathrooms that they were working in. They kept everything really clean and we were impressed at the attention to detail (the DreamMaker team found minor imperfections that the wife and I missed to correct in the final walk through, far more critical of their own work than we were!). I only have one complaint. They did such a good job with the new bathroom in the basement, it makes our master bathroom look bad!!! (Good problem to have in the end) Pricing wise, we had gotten quotes from multiple vendors earlier on in this process. Considering how top notch of an overall project experience we had, I can pretty happily say that none of them came close to matching the value DreamMaker brought. We will certainly be looking to them in the future for any other projects! (Pictures are just of the new basement install, they also put that black countertop in our other bathrooms)"

"The best experience we have had with remodels, we have done several such projects in past homes. Everything was done extremely well and there were no hidden costs. Keith was on top of all aspects of project including many different vendors and kept us well informed during all steps. All vendors involved were top shelf and thorough. We will only consider Keith for any future remodel needs."

"We trusted backlund to ensure the lift station in our house was functioning properly and in good condition before agreeing to purchase our house. $1200 later someone named Jake said it was good to go. So we agreed with the purchase of the house. A month later it stopped working and our laundry room flooded. When we called backlund they said Jake no longer works there and sent someone else out. They took one look at the lift station and said it was at the end of its life and needed to be replaced. BACKLUND FAILED TO DISCLOSE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE WE PURCHASED OUR HOUSE. They did a patch up job so it seemed to function for the sale. Given we can not afford a new 5k lift station we asked if they would patch it up again. They got some new parts re used some old parts of another lift station and billed us $1200. So now we are $2400 in to what should have just been 5k in the first place. They should have replaced it initially because now when everything is said and done we will have nearly $7500 invested in this lift station instead of what should have just been 5k to begin with. The parts they purchased will just be replaced because everything would come with the new lift station. On top of that we were billed 6 hours for an electrician who missed a rusted out pipe that connects the lift station from inside to outside. If you spend 6 hours trying to figure out why something does not work you think they would actually examine what they are trying to fix. Unbelievable. We are taking our issue to the better business bureau."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This was our first time using Two men and a snake and it was a bad experience due to the fact they did not fix the issue we called about. We called to report a leaking dishwasher causing our basement ceiling to leak. The plumber came out and charged us around $700 for labor and parts to repair a pipe under our sink and in our basement wall to fix the leak when this did not resolve the issue we asked them numerous times to look at the dishwasher and turn water off to it, had they dont that on day one we wouldnt have had to call another company out to turn off the water and advise us we had a bad dishwasher and needed a new one. They instead changed pipes and made a mess of our walls unnecessarily to fix pipes that werent busted until they snaked the drain, although our pipe was corroded I agreed to pay for the first visit and the parts used if they agreed to remove charges for work that was not necessary they refused so I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also disputed with my bank these fraud charges of them taking advantage of someone who knows nothing about plumbing and causing further damage they simply said turn into our insurance they will pay for it, NO thank you! That affects my premium and they are trying to get over on us to pay for work we didnt ask for! I WILL NEVER use this scam of a company again and will share my experiences with anyone who will listen to never use them as they will do more work than what is needed and just expect payment. I asked to them to work with me and refund the 2nd days charge of $292 for labor and we would gladly pay the other $400 for services and parts they rudely declined and argues with me about what was going on in my home when we called saying we said a clogged sink and we never had issue with our sink it was always the dishwasher and had told them that from the beginning. They knew all they had to do was turn the water off to the dishwasher and instead of doing the right thing they took advantage and charged us for work that was not needed until they made corroded pipes break by snaking the drain as their office associate Kalli told me over the phone, so you broke my pipe then charged me to fix it? I see how you all do business."

"This job went extremely poorly in many different areas. Although we wanted the job to begin on a Monday, the owner emailed me and told me the job had to be moved so as to start on Thursday of the same week, Imagine our suprise when the subcontractor called on Monday and wanted to start the following day - Tuesday! Since we had made other plans, we kept the original start day, The job was bid so that we would provide all materials except for the tub. On the day the subcontractor called asking if he could start the job early, I explained we had most of the materials on hand. The fact that we were providing all materials became an issue during the initial phone call and he stated he did not understand why the job was bid this way and why we would want to be responsible for providing the supplies. When the subcontractor arrived on Thursday to begin the job, this was still an issue with him. So much so that he proceeded to argue with my wife over why we were doing this and that by doing this we would hold up the job (remember we already had 90% of the materials on hand and in the garage so he didn’t even have to pick them up)! He also stated that when he purchased supplies, the increase in price that is passed onto the client is standard in the industry and allows him to pay for his insurance and tools consumed on the job. At this point I had to step in and tell the subcontractor that the discussion would stop immediately or he would be taken off the job. I immediately called the owner and told him that his subcontractor had proceeded to get into an argument with my wife about how the job was bid and his displeasure that we would be providing all materials. I received an email back from the Bob’s ops guy asking for us to allow their subcontractor to buy his own supplies. I of course said no as the job had already been bid with us buying the supplies and the fact that the subcontractor had already stated he did not want to use the flooring adhesive required by the manufacturer to maintain the product’s warranty, did not want to use the grout required by the manufacturer, etc and that he would charge us more than the products cost in order to cover his insurance, expenses, etc. i also explained by us purchasing supplies we would ensure the materials purchased would be what we wanted and would ensure contractor grade materials would not be substituted that could violate the manufacturers requirements. Despite the already mentioned issues, neither Bob or another employee conducted an inspection to validate the quality of the work! In our case, we had purchased custom cabinets for the job. We provided the sub with plans depicting the dimensions and placement measurements and even pictures of the products so it should have been a fool proof installation. I was shocked when I checked on the job and although the mounting hardware was present, a shelf was missing from the cabinet. Imagine my suprise when the subcontractor told me that the shelf was secured to the top of the cabinet and he couldn’t get to it as he had already mounted the sink top. So in addition to having to obtain another shelf (custom so delaying completion of the job by at least 6 weeks), brushstrokes in the trim painting are noticeable, the door trim doesn’t come close to matching the existing door, a shelf was significantly not level and a nearby stained door had had paint slopped onto it. A final qc would have hopefully caught these issues. Overall a very poor job and I would not recommend using this contractor."

"Workers were cleaning up after a job and could not get the water to turn off. Our regular plumbing company was not available and suggested we call Eyman. Quinton was able to come out and replace the faucet and mentioned other issues, but no pressure to do the extra work. Very pleased with the professionalism and availability on short notice!"
