We widened our driveway and added a walkway and platform for our recycling containers. All looks fantastic. "They did a great job. But of course like most large jobs, there are different teams and it's really best for homeowner to actually be present during the work and check on the team. My husband was present and checking ever few hours. It was especially important to ensure the layout was what he agreed upon with the contractor because the subs who pour the underlayment and who actually lay the bricks may not speak very good English, so when they lay it out, you should be there to be sure it's roped-off correctly. I did have to do some cleanup of brick dust off my stucco and clean off my front door after they left because the dust gets everywhere. But.... they cleaned up my entire front yard very nicely and overall did a very professional job. I was amazed to have a new driveway completed in 3 days. The only reason I gave a "B" for punctuality was the original date they agreed on with my husband they never showed up. But it was OK, they came 3 weeks later after a conversation and got the job done right. We had them extend our front stoop so they had to build up a small concrete slab to install the pavers onto and they did super work. I would definitely use them again (If I had another house! haha). They made our driveway look beautiful. <br />"

"I noticed a crack that started in my living room and continued into one of the bedrooms. The bedroom floor was sinking away from the wall. I did research and found Poly Lift USA. I contacted the office and spoke with the receptionist. She was very polite and was able to answer a few questions I had. She scheduled me for an estimate that very week. The manager came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time and answered all of the questions I had. I received the estimate later that day via email and was able to accept it on the spot. The next day, I received a call from their office to schedule my project the following week as well as an email reminder. Their crew arrived on time and started to work almost immediately. They explained the process as they worked and allowed us to watch. They drilled small holes throughout the home and then injected the polyurethane. Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day.
