The job was quality work, and they spent a lot of time making sure the yard was cleaned of nails and other debris before leaving. Additionally, about two weeks after the roof was complete I had someone from a painting company out to bid on repainting my windows and exterior doors. The estimator pointed out a very small area of siding damage on the top floor that I hadn't noticed. They stand behind their work!"

Nate is a no pressure kind of guy, he explained how he and his guys would do the job and gave me several options for shingle type and his pricing for repair and replace of the decking was the most reasonable of all the bids I got. They were very quick, and were done a day early with the roof and were done in less than a day with the gutters. They did a fantastic job of clean up and even took some trash that I had laying around waiting to get tossed without being asked. The clean up job was fantastic, everything looked better than when they started. I will be having him replace the roof of my current house and install new on my new garage. I highly recommend Nathan James, it was by far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor!"

"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
