The estimates were broken down by paint category/type as well as the labor projections. Provided great feedback about color change considerations. We are booked for next Spring and looking forward to beginning work. This was also the only estimate that did not require at least a 20% down payment to book for Spring 2026, although 2 others did offer to wave upon hearing reasons for selection of this company vs their offer. This was not the least expensive nor the most expensive of 5 bids taken. Services performed at time of this review is the bid submission - no money paid at this time."

"Luke McPherson is an amazing painter! Luke painted the entire inside and entire outside of my property in only 9 days. He stained our huge barn and painted the trim and doors. He did all the soffit gutters down spouts and doors, to include the garage door, of our stucco home. He painted the wood shop/man cave entirely. Then he came inside and painted the entire interior of my home. Luke was great when he came out for the bid and explained about my color choices and helped me get the right colors in the right spots! His work is exceptional, no drips or spills anywhere! This was a big job, and he did most the work himself! Shortly after he finished my new cabinets were installed in my kitchen. The cabinet maker told me more than once that I really had a good painter and what an exceptional job he did! I would be remiss if I didn't tell you what an amazing, honorable, and professional contractor Luke is. I feel blessed to have found him. He will do all future painting here if we need it! I feel the price was fair and was happy to pay him for the beautiful work he did."

Little mixup with concrete provider because of a holiday so project was moved from Saturday to Monday (no big deal). Showed up on Monday and quickly got forms up and poured. While michelle grew up in the philippines, she helped her family very closely run their engineering company, and also learned how to build homes from the ground up. My background varies from residential handyman work to working on multimillion dollar job sites. Right out of high-school I became a Glazer and mastered the trade advancing to running my own crews on amazing job sites all across Northern Colorado.
