"I have an 86 year old home I'm trying to sell. It had painted hardwood floors under paint that someone painted! What a crime! I had Tim come out and refinish all three of my bedrooms. Oh my goodness, once I saw the finished pro, I wished to God I had had Tim done my floors 8 years ago when I bought the home. He was fast, worked so hard to get the floors perfect. I just know I will get top dollar now for my home! I wonder if he will do my new home in Texas? You can't go wrong using Tim!"

"The approximate cost was $1300. The guys were nice. But the paint job isn't holding up that well. From the wall were my alarm is when the wall gets touch the paint is coming off. I don't think they did do a primer. It's not holding up I can see were it needs to be touched up in hallway and the laundry room where they painted and same in the kitchen. They were kind of in a hurry so they didn't spend time on prep. That's the kind of comment I will make to future customer. It looks good but they don't do a lot of prep. There were areas that have to be touched up.  It's not even a full year yet. They kind of want to get in and out.  Initially he came in with a price. He verbally gave me quotes for each room and because I am a female. He went outside to his truck to come back with the final bill and it was 3 times than what he said for each room. I say to him I guess I have to give you a not so great review on Angie's List because the quote and the integrity of all that is part of why I use Angie's List. When I said that he called me back and said oh I'm so sorry I don't know what I was thinking. That wasn't the quote I wanted to give you. I am like oh my god if I hadn't said that this guy will be taking me to the cleaners. They were on time. They were professional."

"Rodney Ingram was very proactive in contacting me the same day that I made the project (paint the exterior of a one story house) on Home Advisor, and followed up the next day to schedule a free estimate. He is very flexible and proficient with texting and phone calls which made communicating very easy. He came out on time, exactly when he said he would be arriving, (called to advise of a potential delay), and walked the property with us and detailed everything he would do, (including pressure wash, primer, paint), products that he would use, time line, and payment expectations (10% at contract, balance at completion). He also provided color chart samples so that selecting colors for the job would be a breeze. Unfortunately I didn't have all my stuff together and his schedule filled up really quickly (he's that good, check out all the reviews!), so I ended up going with another company who could schedule sooner due to our needs with other projects that we have had scheduled. Otherwise, Mr. Ingram was my 1st choice for a local (I believe in supporting the local small business professionals!) painter who has the expertise and knowledge to get the job done right, and get it done quickly the first time around.
