"I asked Green Lane Tree Services to remove a huge, dying agave (century plant) with a house-high bloom that was tilting close to our utility wires. They worked carefully and even managed to get the stump out manually, without harming the surrounding succulents. They also took out an old plum tree that storms had brought down, doing the job without damaging any of the plantings around that tree (we decided together not to take the stump out in this instance due to the proximity of other plants -- they consulted me on each question that came up during the work). They pruned an out-of-control bougainvillea and cut down a couple very tall, but dead, cypress trees. Finally, they cleaned everything up perfectly, and even sawed the plum tree into logs for us. And to top it all off, they charged considerably less than the quote I got from another tree service."

"This is the reason why I needed my trees trimmed. I have a fifty year old Ash tree. It was an unusual tree since it grew in a V-shaped manner. It was sixty feet tall and getting taller by the year. He looked at my tree and said nothing’s wrong with it. It’s perfectly healthy and it didn’t need any of his help. I told him about my concerns about my tree falling down so he suggested trimming the tree to lighten it up. I agreed. He also looked at my Walnut tree next to the Ash tree and suggested trimming that as well. He quoted me a price of $1,500.00 and I agreed. Later that day, Lizet called and scheduled an appointment for the team to do their work. . The team arrived on time. They came in a large dump truck with a woodchipper attached and a pickup truck. Heriberto was the team leader. He was the one who climbed the tree making the cuts as his four assistants were there gathering the branches and logs making it safe for him to do his job. They were a very efficient and professional team. They wore uniforms and hardhats. Heriberto used mountaineering gear to climb up the trees and with his chainsaw and ropes he made professional cuts. He used ropes to make sure the branches and logs come down on my property and not on my neighbor’s property. . Once they finished, both my Ash tree and Walnut tree looked great. By trimming the trees it allowed more light on my property and it really made me feel good. Urban Tree Care is a professional company and it was worth paying them the money. I will do business with them again."

"Amazing customer service and professionalism!!! Received an immediate response from Jose (on the weekend!!) after my inquiry to obtaining a price quote for 2 massive tree removals. Jose was on time to quote the removals, and immediately sent an email with the estimate and proof of insurance. (No other company even bothered to do this, which exemplifies P&J outstanding professionalism. We decided to go with P&J to remove our trees. DAY of tree removal: The tree removal crew was prompt, courteous, professional, and immediately started on the tree removal. They wore protective gear such as hard hats and high visibility vests. They started with the massive 20ft pine tree in the front yard, they meticulously started removing branches from the bottom to the top, there was even a guy who climbed the tree to make sure that the cut and branch drop was carefully planned as not to hit anything in its drop zone. Then it was off to the backyard to remove the 30ft eucalyptus tree. They did the exact same thing for the back yard as well. The task was so intriguing that even our neighbors commented on how good and skilled they were. Not one branch or debris fell anywhere other than where it was supposed to. There was even a fig tree next to eucalyptus tree that had a branch less than 2 inches away and they didnt even touch the fig tree. AMAZING JOB!!!!! The stumps were grinded to the ground and the crew cleaned up the area better than it was. THOROUGHLY IMPRESSED with their work AND professionalism."

The estimate was right on for what I wanted to pay. As I have a large yard, the worked on both back and front yard trimming everything from topping off 15ft. trees (natural look, not just a straight cut), to large branches on the Juniper trees.
