"Fratto Home Improvement and Repair has been our go-to general contractor for several years. Mr. Fratto's work ethic, professionalism, skill level, and punctuality can only be matched by his warm and friendly personality, and a natural talent for customer service, which make him a pleasure to work with. We live in a pre-war building the NYC metropolitan area, and our bathroom renovation involved complete gutting, as well as dealing with many quirky elements often found in older buildings. Mr. Fratto guided us through the entire project from the initial fixture and material choices to the final decorative touches. He stayed within the planned budget and made sure that we were comfortable and informed every step of the way. It is also important to note that the bathroom in question is the only one in our home, yet because of Mr. Fratto's careful planning and methodical approach, we were able to continue using it through the entire project. We feel very comfortable recommending Fratto Home Improvement and repair to anyone interested in a bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, or any other home improvement project."

"We found Massaro Tile through Angie's List and called Them based on all of the favorable reviews. Vinny and his crew lived up to their reputation. He returned calls promptly, came out to see the job and give us a quote within a day of first contacting him and did a fantastic job. He and his crew were professional, near and the completed job looks fantastic. We would highly recommend him and will use him again for future projects."

"Excellent work. They scraped and painted our front steps, basement steps and railings. They “thorosealed” all the ledges on our house and replaced the shingle on the garage door roof extension. Joe stained our two front doors and they look brand new. Everything was well done and looks great. They were punctual and very professional. We have used Joe’s company before and would definitely hire them again"

"There was a minor issue with my door. Mr. Vargas was very professional and repaired it."

"Luiz was a pleasure to work with...responsive, always on time and always available with any questions we had during the process. Luiz was super accommodating as well as given the timing with other contractors working on the same job changed - Luiz had no problem shifting his schedule and keeping me well informed of his arrival. On top of it - a great guy and a pleasure to deal with - would certainly hire again!"
