"I notice most of the reviews are old and about Tommy; he was not the tech. Pros: They were available days before others and who wants to be stuck with dirty laundry? In the end, they charged the trip charge instead of also trying to charge for some time when the job wasn't done (like a certain Company which we no longer use). Cons: The tech started into the upsale immediately, suggesting to almost double what we expected to pay and wasn't too happy when we declined (another reason we stopped using the Company that turned their techs into sales people). He had been there about 1 1/2 hours when he discovered we had a vinyl vent which can't be safely cleaned because it may tear or break. Time was wasted to learn the vent needs to be replaced. Also, he didn't pay attention when I pointed out which 2nd story cover was for the dryer because we found the one for the bathroom on the ground later, which is there to keep birds out."

"On 1/22/2013 Tony Hall from Covenant Heating and Cooling came to my home to check out my heating unit.  Tony arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment and displayed and clean and neat, professional appearance.  When he came into my home, he put booties over his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt.  When he went to the HVAC unit, he found my problem in about 5 minutes.  Tony said that he would have to order the part.  On 1/23/2013 Covenant called and said that the part was in and I scheduled and appointment for 1/24/2013.  On 1/24/2013, Tony was again early for his appointment and had my HVAC repaired in about 15 minutes.  I was very impressed with this company and Tony Hall. <br />"

"Window boxes rebuilt with cedar and painted - look great! <br /> <br /> Bathroom floor totally removed and supports replaced - big job - took all day - looked like the Taj Mahal afterwards! <br /> <br /> Fixed door and window frames in old building and did a good job. <br /> <br /> Pressure washed crab orchard stone and really brightened it up.  Then added grout to prevent water getting in and freezing and thawing -  I'm going to get Matt and Sheree to do this every year. <br /> <br /> Cleaned gutters and replaced gutter screen in a good workmanlike manner. <br /> <br /> Has a good tall ladder for high up light bulbs. <br /> <br /> Went under my house and found a leak under a shower and replaced wood and supports. <br /> <br /> Cleaned vinyl siding on another property I own.  I was afraid the mold and mildew had gotten so deep into the vinyl siding that it wouldn't come out, but Matt and Sheree were able to make it shine like new."
