They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. He returned on Monday, located the leak under our den floor, made one hole through the slab, repaired the leak and patched to slab by late afternoon the same day. He had the right equipment, he worked very efficiently and he charged us what he said it would cost. We were very pleased with his service and would use him again."

"Well, it didn't take long to do it, but it did take long to dry. What I didn't like about it was the coupon was 56, but he put 605. It was only three areas. The carpet was saturated with it and when it dried there was an odor. He charged me taking the odor out. That's why the cost was up. He charged me for putting something down on the carpet. When it dried we still had to go buy carpet freshener and different things and vacuumed the carpet. It still left the odor for a long time. We had to do it twice after he had left. It took a day and a half to dry. When it actually dried we had to vacuum it again, and it still didn't look clean."
