The inspection was completely free and after talking with a couple of other waterproofing companies before reaching out to EverDry, I knew that I was making the right choice by signing up with them. "I wish all the contractors on this basement project were as good to deal with as Family Waterproofing. Throughout the whole process, communication was good. Ken the owner was responsive and patient in answering all my questions and addressing concerns. They prepared a detailed contract of all work to be performed, and did what they said they would. I like that they did an exploratory dig after signing the contract to make sure we had a solid plan and avoid any surprises during installation. There was an area under the basement stairs and an old cistern that required a creative solution. They came up with a solid plan that didn't add extra cost. I asked them to pour some extra concrete under the stairs which wasn't included in the contract, which they did for a good price. The crew was friendly and had a good natured camaraderie on the job. The overall cost was very fair and we received great service and quality. They are honest, care about their customers and want you to be happy. Now I'm looking forward to a big rain!"

"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"

"The work went a little slower than anticipated but the results were very good. Old houses are full of surprises and mine was no exception. The work team discovered the original art deco bathroom floor under two layers of ceramic and vinyl tile. I decided to keep it and forego the ceramic tile I had chosen to install there. The laborers work hard to remove the mastic from it and brought it back to its original 1930's beauty. They also discovered that I needed to have concrete poured where my bathtub had been to raise the floor level to the grade of the rest of the bathroom floor in order to install my new shower and surround. I also appreciate that Bob Popovich had no reservations about using materials I had already purchased (another company would not do it). When I requested new drywall in my second bathroom in addition to the new ceramic tile floor if was done without hesitation and what I feel was a very fair add-on price. The scope of work included some new electrical, plumbing and fixtures, drywall and painting, hanging of a barn door, as well as installation of a waterproof floating vinyl floor and ceramic flooring. Special thanks to Alvin who went above and beyond the normal scope of work to keep my household functioning as well as possible during the remodel (my dogs loved him too!) In conclusion I would like to say that the other company that gave me a bid was 2 1/2 times higher in price without the inclusion of the second bathroom drywall. It pays to shop and compare."

"The work done was excellent. We got 2 bothrooms tub to shower conversions and an entry door. We felt we were TOTALLY misled by our salesman on the financing front. We wanted the 24 month SAC financing, and the entire conversation there was mention of that. The job was recently completed and those were not the terms of the contract. All I have to say, double check what you are signing, even if the whole conversation prior to signing is indicative of the deal you think you are getting, double check that you are not being misled and if you think you are getting 24 months interest free, make sure that is what is in the contract. Don't be trusting and complacent that all salesmen are not slippery. It is a total salesman move and it works - very scummy business move. And ask for an itemized list of what you are getting, like what the shower seat costs, what the caddy costs. These totals of this job and this job - very blase and vanilla.
