I called them to come to take a look and Steve called me and indicated he was going to check it out and would call me back. "Twenty years ago Fence & Deck Connection installed a long fence (about 1,000 feet) around my backyard. Twenty years later five of the hundred or so vertical posts had rotted and were sagging, and I was worried they wouldn't last another winter. When I called Fence & Deck Connection to repair the fence, I didn't even remember that they provided a lifetime warranty on it. But of their own accord they reminded me of that fact and came out and did the needed repairs. It is very rare that I have ever used a product’s warranty and never have I used one twenty years after I made a purchase. "Called around to 4 different contractors for estimates. All were pretty high and one was lower. We went with ProBuilt (Bob) who was a few hundred above the lowest estimate. Bob came out to see the job and give a quote (earlier than time frame given which was a plus) moved his schedule around to accommodate me and my husbands time frame and started tearing down and hauling away the wood fence that had been destroyed by a tree falling the next day. The following day Bob and his crew showed up at 7:15 am.... the fence 800 feet I believe ,was done by 10:20 am! I am super happy with this company (Bob)and have gotten an estimate for landscaping ! "When we decided to finally upgrade our fence, we scoped out some of the fences in our neighborhood. One of the fences that stood out for its craftsmanship and beauty had a CLM Home Improvements sign on it. I contacted Carlos for a quote and he was responsive, professional, and polite. Carlos listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and gave us a few options to choose from. We were concerned this process might take a while because we live on a corner and our fence required a permit. In fact, another fence company wouldn't even work with us because our project required a permit. Carlos kept us informed throughout the permit process, which was not as bad as we had anticipated. On installation day, Carlos and his team arrived promptly and removed our old, ugly chain link fence and installed a beautiful 6' wooden privacy fence. We couldn't be more thrilled with it! As far as pricing, CLM's price was the best -- in one case nearly $5K LOWER than what another company quoted us!
