"Was an average cleaning job. To be honest, the job I paid for was more than I needed (I only needed a few area rugs cleaned and some touch up in an area or two) which was fine with me, but my rugs seemed to have a dirty hue to it and when the guy left, he never cleaned up the water left on my tiles around the rugs, which actually was quite a bit of water. I ended up calling out another cleaner to redo 2 of the rugs."

"I called and left message as to what I needed, received call-back within the hour. Got price quote and scheduled an appt for time convenient for me. Cannin came and was professional, courteous, and on-time. Explained to me what he was going to do and how I should care for it in the future. I had some permanent stains and saturation stains from "use" of an off-white sofa and chair. I asked if he also had protection that he could add to help eliminate future stains and he added this for additional price, which was reasonable. I also had a newborn baby have an "accident" on the sofa 3 months later, and the protection worked. I called after this episode just to get info from Cannin as to how to keep the stain clean-up from leaving a water mark and he gave me good info over the phone and said to call if that did not work. You could not ask for someone more dedicated to their work and customer follow-up. Each time I have talked to him, he has said to call if something that he told me did not work. It gives me some peace of mind."

The technicians called to say they were on the way and arrived 20 minutes later, on the scheduled time.  We went over the specifics to be done.  I was working at home and on conference calls, they were quiet enough not to disturb me.  After they were complete, they put down warning signs about potentially slipping on the damp carpet.  Put protective sheets under the furniture legs to prevent rusting or damage to the wooden legs.  They technicians were very pleasant. 

Their attention to the small details, punctuality and communicating their intensions is very important to me.  Especially punctuality and communication.  Very Good

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. "I called out Dunedin Restoration to my home about a month ago. we were worried that we may have had a mold problem, our house had a musty smell and there was a dampness to our home. They came out and did a free assessment, and was very knowledgeable and explained how this happened.  I could tell they had plenty of experience and answered all of our questions, even explaining how to prevent mold growth in the future. "I could not have been more pleased with Chris Barnhardt and his crew. We needed what we though was a very straight-forward repair on four support posts that were rotted. Chris came out and gave a detailed estimate that was very reasonable and more complete than several others I received, and we signed a contract. Communication and timeliness were excellent throughout the process, and once permits and plans were complete, work on the balcony started. That's when things took some very unexpected turns as we found more and more rotted wood on the first and second story framing. We required a change order to accomplish all of the things that we found wrong, and given the scope of the final project, I just had to get the work done and worry about the cost later. In the end, Chris's crew replaced about 80% of the entire balcony, salvaging whatever areas they could. And the final product looks great! The additional cost was very fair and reasonable. I will hire Chris again in the future and highly recommend him for any general contractor requirements! Fair price, quality work -- it doesn't get any better!"
