"I am very happy with my dealings with The Roofing Company. The project manager, Gene, was professional in his presentation, courteous, and attentive to my concerns. He immediately arranged a repair of my front porch that was necessary for the roof replacement while other companies either said they couldn’t make the repair or wouldn’t quote the repair. He gave me a quote for the work that was higher than any of the other five companies. The quote was higher mainly because he budgeted more for sheets of plywood and other materials. I knew from walking on the roof and looking in the attic that quite a bit of plywood needed to be replaced and didn’t want to commit to a company that would not give me an accurate estimate. The workers that repaired the roof and installed the gutters were impressive. They were hardworking, skilled, and courteous and coordinated their efforts very well. The project went smoothly. The work site was cleaned each night and I was kept informed concerning the progress of the project."

"The process went SO smooth!!! We started with a "meet and greet" where Shingle Masters visited my home to assess my roof and provide a quote. They explained the process in terms I understood, gave me options for roofing shingles, and gave me time to review all information without any pressure. They took time to answer all of my questions to be sure I felt comfortable moving forward. Once the crew started, the majority of the work was done in a day, and the remaining days were spent with final touches. Ensuring our stucco was repaired (AND PAINTED) where needed. They made improvements on weak design areas in the structure of our roof as opposed to just replacing shingles. Everyone I interacted with, from the office to the crew on site where extremely nice and professional. It's hard to find a company to trust with such a large project and from the "meet and greet" I had with Shingle Masters, I knew I was making the right choice to work with them. "Arry's was fantastic! They handled the entire insurance claim process on behalf of me and got it approved. Their staff was very professional and handled each step, all the way to installing my roof, fixing water damage in my garage (not included in the claim money) and providing free wind mitigation inspection, with care. "I have a 20 year old tile roof which hadn't been cleaned for a while as I was nervous about someone pressure washing and damaging my older, fragile roof tiles. I saw Mark's truck at another customer's house and noticed that he does a "soft-wash" on roofs using chemicals (and not high water pressure) to kill algae and clean your roof. I talked to him about his process and checked out his reviews and was satisfied, so I hired him to clean my roof. The results totally exceeded my expectations, I couldn't believe how clean my roof was. I've attached before and after pictures of my roof. Mark was conscientious, on time, and even helped me with a few other things that I needed done on the outside of my house. Highly recommended."

"They did a good quality job and they were punctual. They were neat and cleaned up everything. I had a small leak once they were finished and it was the same leak I had before they put the new roof on. He told me he would get rid of the problem but it was not resolve. They came back and patched the roof, which I was not satisfied since they just installed a new roof. It is not leaking now, but they just put rubber cement over the crack. I spent a lot of money and did not expect to have the same problem."

"We contacted Ed and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions, LLC. They were able to come out the same day and give an estimate for the scope of the work needed. Once we approved the estimate, the guys were able to come out immediately and start work on the apartment upstairs. Jason found that the floor in the bathroom had to be replaced, from the leaking, and the shower, especially around the fixtures had to be resealed to address the leaking. He was very professional and finished the work rather quickly. They also had a guy come out and inspect our AC units; which were old and needed to have parts replaced and be cleaned. They found that the exterior AC units on our roof were not properly installed for being on the roof and the drainage was damaging the roof, causing constant damage to the roll roofing. We had the entire roof replace less than 2 years prior and that contractor never addressed the cause of the leak, nor sealed the edges properly. Alonso and Mike with K&E Repair Solutions came out on a Saturday and tore off all the damaged roofing (about half of the roof), moved the AC units and reinstalled them properly to have the drainage not wear into the roof. Before the repairs were done we would pray it wouldn't rain, at least not on our little square of the world. Since the repairs have been done, we have had no issues at all with leaking; not from the roof nor the apartment upstairs, which after so long is really amazing. The guys were very friendly, professional and prompt. We have used them for other smaller jobs. We have been very pleased with the outcomes and will use them again for future jobs. NEVER GO CHEAP!!! Almost all of the work we needed done has previously been done over and over again, by the cheapest contractor we could find... which has cost us more than 2-3 times what getting it done right with K&E Repair Solutions cost us. Yes, the cost was broken up over a couple of years but just the aggravation and damage alone was insane. The original contractors gave us 3 year (or less) warranties, NEVER came back when there was a problem; which there was always a problem almost immediately."
