"J&P was great to work with. Juan was very responsive to my emails and all my questions. He made good recommendations to improve our landscaping but wasn’t pushy. He got us on the schedule quickly, and the work was done promptly. In three days they had installed a new brick paver wall, completely reset and properly leveled our paver patio, trimmed/cleaned up all planting beds and put down new mulch. They even built a small pathway in our garden with our leftover brick. His team was professional and quick! Pricing was competitive. "The design and selection of plants, shrubs and a tree was different and aesthetically pleasing. The project took place in May, 2018. They included a 1-year warranty on the plants and due to the harsh winter, 6 of the shrubs did not do very well. In May of 2019, I asked that 3 of the shrubs be replaced and to wait on the other 3 to see if they recovered. They quickly responded and replaced all 6 shrubs in mid June and the entire installation is looking very good now (7/21/19)."

"Absolutely wonderful service..had front sidewalk and porch removed and replaced with Unilock pavers as well as a border around all trees and flower/shrub beds. Gabriel (owner) was always responsive, pleasant, and easy to reach. Juan and the other employees were prompt every morning and worked until 5-6:30pm. They are the hardest workers, amazing teamwork. They worked despite some rain and excessive heat. Always smiling. I can t say enough about Gabriel and his guys from Mendez Landscaping. I would hire them again in an instant. "Fabian has been very good about staying in touch. Everyone knows the weather has been so difficult for landscaping this year. We had our first meeting in March . I had a specific target date and it appears all will be finished but one item out if stock until July and perhaps the sealing of the brick work based on the weather. Neither item can be blamed on the company . The teams that were here were efficient and courteous . They were very good about tidying up before leaving each day. We ended up making several changes to the plan as the landscape developed . Fabian had some creative ideas that turned out to be very attractive. I added a number of tasks as we went along and was accommodated on all of them. I ended up spending more than I intended but I added a lot after the first contract. I would hire Unique again."

"Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."
