"Elliot Davis, owner, is highly professional, incredibly responsive, respectful, and trustworthy. We can’t say enough about his attention to detail, which is amazing. During the planning stage of phase 1 of our project, Elliot patiently listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could be encountered. We were extremely lucky and grateful to have Elliot personally oversee the project. He is a ‘hands-on” owner working side-by-side with his craftsmen who were also courteous, caring, and hardworking. It took several months and interviews with potential stamped concrete contractors in our own area, Louisiana, before we decided to hire Decorative Concrete Designs, Inc. of Mississippi. While this was not the cheapest company pricewise, we made the right decision as the end results far exceeded expectations making the cost well worth it. It was a pleasure working with everyone and in the end, we made a friend in Elliot. We will definitely use this company again in phase 2 of our project, which will be our pool deck and outdoor kitchen area. "Working with Mr. Benton and his team was a pleasure. Mr. Benton kept me informed, worked with us on the best start date and arrived when promised. Their workmanship was excellent and their concern for working with the customer extended to doing some work that went above and beyond what was agreed to. Specifically, we had a drainage issue onto the patio caused by a humped area. Mr. Benton graded that area -- eliminating the drainage problem -- at no extra cost. For the larger slab he had to design forms that curved around the corner of the house and a crepe myrtle. He did so, and so well that  my neighbors have commented on how good the area looks with the curve around the corner of the house.  <br /> Two months on we find the slabs look great, drain properly and have improved our property. Our experience with him was excellent and I gladly give Mr. Benton my highest recommendation -- I'd hire him any time. <br />"

"The problem was not the quality of the work on the fence as much as the lack of experience of the workman. Sufficient information was not gathered about what might potentially cause a problem or be of concern. For example, no thought was given to the sprinkler system layout and as a result the line was broken in two places in the digging of post holes. These two broken lines were not repaired so the use of the connecting lines was impossible. He promised to come back to fix the problem but did not.  The other problem was the construction of the gates. They tend to flare at the bottom...not sure of the cause. <br /> I accept that I could have been more informed on what to elaborate on with a young craftsman. Therefore, I would likely use them again but be more specific in the initial phase. <br />"

"<p><br /></p> <p>The company did an excellent job on all aspects of the construction. They tore out the old carpet and even sanded off old paint on the concrete floor to make sure the new hardwood floor would bond right. They replaced rotted wood on the second floor bathroom due to a leaky toilet and even fixed the toilet. They did a great job in installing the new wood floor and everything else. </p> <p>Mr. Springer, the owner of the company, is adamant that the job be done right. His three man crew are extremely hard working and also want to make sure the job is done correctly. The crew cleaned up the work space every day they were here. </p> <p>Mr. Springer provided me with estimates as the job progressed, and his prices were extremely reasonable considering the high quality of his work.</p> <p>I am considering building a new house, and Kalos is the company I would use to build it.</p> <br />"

"Mr. Jenkins came out personally to assess the damage on our roof and give an estimate for repairs. Within just a few days, his guys dropped off their supplies and work began the next day. Job only took one day, left the yard and driveway and yard very clean. His guys were very nice, as was Mr. Jenkins. Friendly service, excellent work, very fast, can't ask for anything more. Will definitely use again in the future. <br />"

"All work was well done as we have come to expect from Brandon.  I found Brandon about 2 years ago, and he has been a real blessing for us.  He originally repaired some vinyl siding and installed Hardi Plank on part of the house.   We were pleased with his work and then got him to  build us a deck that wraps around the sunroom.  Since that time Brandon has been our go to guy for virtually all of our household projects or repairs and we are grateful for all he has done for us. <br />"
