"They had to come out twice to do cleaning as after the first attempt there were still many stains on furniture. There were still stains after second cleaning so maybe they were permanent. In the future, communicating that residual stains are probably permanent would change our perspective from the service being deficient to the stains being indelible."

"If I could give a negative amount of stars I would. BIRD PROBLEM? BUYERS BEWARE .... We had birds take up residence in our exhaust vent over our range. This company had been recommended by several neighbors so we thought it was a no brainer. They "cleaned" which is blowing out the debris and performed their so-called sanitizing method and 10 minutes after they left I could still hear the birds in the duct work. I immediately called and they scheduled a tech to come back out the next day. He arrived and put the camera down the vent and advised that there was 1 live bird and 2 dead ones. How they can say they "performed" their service is beyond me. You cannot sanitize and clean something when there is still wildlife stuck in the vent/ducts. I had to have another person come to my home and remove the live bird and dead birds. Our entire vent hood is now trashed as it's full of bird droppings and the ducts are covered in bird droppings as well. Their so-called fine print is at the very bottom of the scheduling email in the lightest gray font possible and their "satisfaction guarantee" refund of $50 is a joke. I'll be posting on all social media platforms and providing all of these details to my neighbors that have used their "services" and will never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!"

"I called James on Monday, he came out, diagnosed and removed the gas valve from my 21 year old furnace. While diagnosing he explained how and why everything worked. He offered to loan me a couple of space heaters for the night. I declined as I had my own. He came back Tuesday with a new valve and I have heat again. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He takes pride in his work. If I have any HVAC issues in the future Air Nerds will be the first place I call."
