"From the estimate to the installation Paul and his crew were awesome. My wife and I were very nervous about the preparation we had to perform, curtains down, furniture moved etc. We also expected some drywall and paint damage. We're both older so this was a huge albatross and as such we kept putting it off. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done so I asked Brian Henry if he could come out to review my furniture moving plan to assure we gave them the required space. He came out and was extremely professional, helpful and put us completely at ease. Several weeks later Brad and James were out to install the windows and three days later were done with absolutely zero damage to drywall or paint. And in fact since the bay windows were primed they didn't even need painting although we'll do it anyway. To top it off, they even protected our landscape in front of our widows and all plants survived. Brad and James were polite and meticulous with the installation. They covered everything up inside our house and put down extra thick tarps. They were punctual in starting each day and finishing. They patiently answered all our questions addressing our concerns. And they were complete in 3 days as we were told. Once they were gone, you couldn’t tell they’d even been here. In fact, I looked around and commented to my wife that we’d never spent so much money on something we couldn’t even see. To be clear the windows looked almost identical to those that were removed except for these being brand new. I do expect our electric bill will be reduced and I suspect they will be a good selling point when we move. Finally, the cost was very fair, I had reached out to two other firms and both were substantially higher. The original windows had also been installed by Paul Henry so I was very comfortable even though his costs was lower. Bottom line, we highly recommend Paul Henry Windows."

"I solicited proposals from four companies selected on the basis of Angie's List ratings. Kirby Kerns was one of the two who conducted a thorough inspection during their site visits, and they offered a better constellation of services that met my needs--and at a better price. The roof, gutter and downspout replacement and the soffit and chimney mortar repairs were completed to my satisfaction by staff and contractors who comported themselves courteously and professionally. What impressed me about Kirby Kerns was their willingness to visit my home a second time to discuss options and alternatives and what should appear in the contract, necessary because of things I had learned from on-line research after the first visit, and a third time to resolve minor anomalies in the contract. I was surprised by a fourth visit a few days after the work had been completed, the purpose of which was to inspect what they had done. I would highly recommend Kirby Kerns Contractor without reservations."

"I just worked with Apex Masonry LLC to have a permeable driveway installed. I can't speak highly enough about the job that James and his crew did for this project. James is super knowledgeable and makes sure that clients are informed of what their choices are and what options exist. James was able to provide me with several different options for having our driveway done. Fortunately, James was able to refer me to a community partner in Fredericksburg who had a special program for eco-friendly work. We did run into a small hiccup during the project. The company that makes the pavers for the project had discontinued the two colors that we had discussed. When James found out he personally took me out to the landscaping yard to look at options and make sure that we were happy with the new choices. I really appreciated how customer service orientated James was. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I would highly recommend Apex Masonry to anyone. "

"Diane is truly an artist. Very easy to work with; attention to detail and quality is top of the line; genuinely custom. The follow through to make sure our piece was perfect (for them too), was stellar."
