Five years since, I could not be happier. They gave the option of spray foam insulation around the window casings to help with drafts from original construction. What a difference. Not at all pushy and not the cheapest but boy was it worth it."

This guy couldn't have been more helpful, truly if more contractors acted like him the industry wouldn't need a website like this to make them honest! I will say they are pricey but the quality and professionalism is worth it. "I needed to have a roof repair done. I called three companies and the estimates varied greatly. All three said I needed a new roof and only discussed repair at my insistence. The cost of repair was astronomical. Clearly they just wanted to replace the roof. I called Affordable Quality as a last minute thought and am so glad I did. Chris was very helpful and professional and scheduled someone to come and see the damage. Larry came and was amazing. He gave me a quote for the repair (significantly more reasonable than the other three) But he did tell me I had enough damage for my insurance to cover a roof replacement . His price was reasonable and he helped me deal with my insurance company. He even patiently waited with me while I called them and helped answer some questions . I decided to pay the deductible, only a few hundred more than the repair...and contracted for the new roof. While waiting for the shingles to arrive, he put up a tarp to protect the roof from rain. Larry helped meet my HOA standards and was always prompt in appointments. the work was done efficiently and when they left, there was no sign they were ever there, with the exception of a great new roof! Compared to my friends who had headaches over dealing with roof replacement, mine was simple and painless. I want to also note, that this year, I needed a small piece of siding replaced. I contacted Chris in the office to see if they did small repairs. Within two days, I had Larry come out and give me another estimate which was very reasonable and by the end of the week the repair was completed. I have recommended them to a friend for a gutter repair and she was also very pleased with work, professionalism and price. Would hire again in a heartbeat!!!"

"Jesse was very responsive and performed a quick repair after a windstorm to prevent further damage while we were preparing for a full roof replacement. His proposal was very competitive and thorough. Jess kept us up to date on the schedule and when the team would be available to complete the work. They arrived around 7:30am, brought extra people and worked late to complete the full roof replacement in one day due to rain that was forecasted for overnight. This included ripping off all of the old shingles and tar paper, repairing some damaged sheathing, replacing all of the drip edge, tar paper, ice guard, and new architectual shingles. During the installation, the team accidentally dented one piece of the fascia and Jesse replaced it at no cost immediately. I would highly recommend Jesse and his team if you are considering a roof repair or full replacement. Very professional, responsive, and competitive on their pricing."

"The "Roofing Team" showed up on the scheduled day on time. They removed the existing Shingles and completed the entire roof in one day. The Skylight replacement was to be done by one of Summit's subcontractors three days later. The "Skylight Team" arrived on the scheduled day on time. It took most of the day for the Skylight work because much or the surrounding plywood needed replacement. The only issue was that the "Skylight Team" indicated that they needed to return the following week to finish up some of the Flashing. When they did not return over a week later, I phoned Summit and the remaining Flashing work was completed the day after I called. Very happy with the quality of the job, the look of the Shingles, the nice new Skylights and the very complete clean-up."

"If you're looking for your windows to be replaced, I highly recommend Tom Hanger Home Improvement. We first started working with them (mostly Rick) six years ago, when we had them replace all of the windows on our town home. The windows have held up great over that time. Rick met with us initially, and was involved throughout the entire process, including personal trips to ensure the work was done well and to answer any questions we had. We called him this past week, six years later, because we noticed some water around one of our windows. It ended up being a siding installation issue that was totally unrelated to the window work we had done. Nevertheless, Rick personally drove out 24 hours after we called, diagnosed the issue, and resolved it without seeking payment. It's clear that they take ownership in the work that they do."
