"Very well. Dale and his crew were there all day, and spent extra time to make sure that the flashing was done properly. Dale was on the roof periodically himself - very hands on owner. He explained the differences between my old metal roof and the new one, and his guys were careful not to damage my bushes and flowers. "Checked out my HVAC. They have done work in the past and it was great. Really appreciated the work and effort to get it right. This time though the person I got, wasn't as professional and sort of told me that what my system did was as good as it was going to get. I had already got another opinion and they said the coolant pipe was sized wrong for the distance traveled. I asked the Ductrite guy about ti and he said it was fine. Well either the whole system is underpowered or he is wrong.so I give it a good over all based on past work, but lately I have heard they have gotten rid of all the great guys they had. "Went very well. The company was a pleasure to deal with in all respects and did what they said, on schedule. It was a major job that involved excavating under a porch and extending drainage lines way into the back yard, completed over a couple of weeks. At the end of the project, I believed that the slope of a section of the reconstructed front walk was not quite right. Randy had his guys back out here within a couple of days to redo it. We'd had a major water problem in the basement since buying the house over 10 years ago. CWI did the waterproofing in the spring, and we've had a couple of long, heavy rains since then. Basement is now completely dry."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
