"The communication was horrible. Had no problem responding when they wanted the down deposit and cashed it in right away. Did not hear from them for over 5 weeks after endless phone calls and texts. "Amazing team and service! We had flooding in our basement and as you can imagine it was extremely stressful. Kyle and his team made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. We ended up having a late service, due to other clients they had that night. Preston showed up at 730pm with smile and determination to fix our issue. He was here until after midnight, trying everything he could. Unfortunately, we had to resort to calling the city for assistance at the sewer. "Brandon is great. He’s very communicative and cares about doing a great job. I needed my backyard torn up, a fence removed, stones removed, and then leveled. Next I wanted to seed with clover, as we have a female dog and she’s destroyed our lawn. He was upfront he’d never done clover before, but neither have I, so we figured we’d give it a shot. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a really nice job. I’m excited to see how the clover turns out. It’s on me now to ensure I water properly while the seeds germinate. 🤞🏻"
