From John, with sales, providing excellent information about the windows and doors without forcing anything on me, to Nancy in the office providing lots of communication and updates, to Steve, Nate and Jason installing with perfection my new windows and doors, I could not be happier. It was stress free and the smallest of details were attended to. The owner, Lee Fuller, even called me to apologize for the delivery taking longer than expected. We completely understood as the factories were delayed due to COVID. But it was so nice to get that special touch from the owner. I had read many great reviews about Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock and they lived up to all the hype. Thank you to Steve, Nate and Jason. I hardly knew they were at my house. They installed 14 double hung windows, 2 specialty windows, 1 large picture window, a single door to my screen porch and a front door with sidelights in only 2 days. They were respectful of my house and took great care not to damage the walls, wood floors, or any furnishings. And they left everything neat and clean when complete. I was so amazed at their professionalism, efficiency and respect. I highly recommend Pinnacle Window and Siding of Woodstock! I only wish I had another project I could contract them to do!"

"The folks at Exovations are the rock stars of the exterior home remodeling world. In spring 2021, Exovations turned our old deck into a gorgeous screened porch with a gable roof. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was straightforward and graciously handled our endless questions. Our main initial concern with the project was adding a roofline over the deck and whether it would create any water drainage issues coming off the roof. But Josh and his crew, who did the bulk of the framing/carpentry work, did an incredible job with it. Our project manager, Ben Boyd, was also fantastic to work with, extremely responsive to calls and texts, and basically was willing to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. Ben was also on the same page with us about any concerns we had over small details and was quick to address them. Our initial contact in the project was sales rep Jim McCulloch and he (like Ben) was extremely patient and answered our many, many questions about products and design ideas. Exovations also replaced our front door insert (door, two sidelights and a half-circle transom) with a new composite unit with rain glass. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out and would use Exovations again without a second thought."
