Due to their lack of experience AND a couple of situations out of their control, they spend MUCH more time repairing, yet, doing, a seemingly, good job [so far after 1 day], than the last repair of this same door by another ANGI? Pro, who did so for much less [the job is "extremely" simple for the RIGHT Pro] and somewhat better job. I have not yet used the shower, but I am fairly confident NorCal Sliding Door Repairs did a good job in an area they have no direct experience. I did not re-hire the previous company I used, since I couldnt find them on ANGI when i requested quotes for this job. "I highly recommend Josh Matus from SC Home Repair. We needed to have a ceiling replaced in a closet after it was damaged by water. The plumber who originally fixed the leak cut out the ceiling to fix the leak, but was not able to reinstall it. We hired Josh to replace the ceiling. He did an excellent job. He was punctual and polite, and kept me looped in on the entire project. He got my sign-off on all of his decisions and ran pricing by me when he needed to buy supplies. He knew exactly what he was doing. Josh finished the job quickly in two days and did excellent work while paying attention to detail. I would certainly hire him again!"

"Scott loves a challenge and thank God because I inadvertently handed him one. What started as a simple changing of hinges on a door from single action to double action became much more than that. As he took the hinges off we noticed all sorts of unevenness in how they were originally mounted so he had to drill and chisel new channels just to make sure everything was even and then further “sculpt” the channels to accommodate the double action hinge. So not only did he get the handyman stuff done effectively but he did it in a very artistic way and seemed very pleased to have a job that he really had to get creative on. And in the end the job went 2 hours 15 minutes and he charged me for exactly that (no rounding-up funny business) Scott was great and I HIGHLY recommend him especially if the job requires someone who needs to think on their feet."
