"On the 12th of March (2019) Fichtner Services came out to perform a gutter cleaning and tune up at my house, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. A crew of two members came out to perform the service, and were very thorough. I was amazed at how much dirt and debris accumulated in some of my gutters in a little over a year, even with gutter guards. There was one section in the back of my house (behind my garage), where it looked like someone took a flower pot and dumped wet potting soil into my gutters... :-) All gone now... What I also appreciate is the tune up that was performed. The crew discovered many of the gutters had little to no caulking and they addressed it all. They even addressed an issue I had at the back of my house (same spot I mentioned earlier, but where the garage section meets the main part of the house in the rear), which was a small gap between the gutter and the vinyl siding which- over the years- let water drip down on the ground, eventually creating a fairly deep hole in the near my foundation which I only discovered (and repaired) very recently. As for the gap above, the crew went above and beyond and installed kick flashing and caulked it well to ensure that the gap is no longer there. I'm so grateful to have a reputable home contractor like Fichtner Services in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Two years ago they gave me an amazing new roof, and have performed two gutter cleanings since then, including this one. If you're like me and don't like to climb ladders to get onto the roof to clean and tune up your gutters, just give Fichtner a call (or just give them a call anyway, even if you do like to climb ladders). They have an outstanding work ethic, and that is something you will see from the customer representative at the main office, to the crews who service your home. It gives you peace of mind. "Major Exterior Remodel: Siding, Windows, Doors, Gutters, etc! LS&G was easy to work with, did fantastic work, and had a very competitive price. Here’re the details. After talking to several contractors about my exterior remodel, some taking hours of my time, I met with Rick from LS&G. We went over my goals in about 15 minutes, he took some measurements, and sent me an estimate a few days later. No pushy sales tactics! His price was very competitive, but I was weary of working with the smaller company. After reading many great reviews I decided to move forward with LS&G. We did Acadia Windows (a local window company), ProVia doors, and Alside Ascend siding (a composite vinyl available in a wide plank). The windows and doors were done by one crew in one day! The siding crew was also fantastic - great attention to detail. Rick and/or the Owner, Dayson, were at my house daily to check on the progress and ensure everything went smoothly. The only delays on the project were my own fault - we decided to get custom shutters which took over a month to arrive. The guys came back out to install them and pointed out to me that the shutters I ordered were a little too large. So I ordered another set of shutters, and Rick was very accommodating to have the guys come back out again to install the right shutters, nearly two months after the rest of the work was done. I can’t say enough good things about LS&G. A lot of their reviews are for one door, or a few windows, but I can assure you they can handle a major exterior project, at a highly competitive price point."

"I am a middle-aged woman. I had interviewed several large, well-known siding/exterior contractors. They were all medium to high pressure and wanted to talk about color and aesthetics rather than quality details and construction details. Mr. Call was very different. He addressed my detail oriented questions and answered honestly about construction and water issues that may have been hidden behind my old siding. He quoted me an honest price for the same brand of siding I had been considering from the larger companies, then explained why he would choose a different brand with different qualities for a lesser cost. He explained it from an experienced installer's point of view, not the uninformed, "well, it's just different" comments I received from the larger company's salesperson who never installed siding. He also came back after the job was mostly done to finish a BEAUTIFUL panel around my utility boxes. I would recommend him highly if you want a competent, expert job. "
