"We were trying to get a house ready for our elderly grandfather. We hired Bobbi?s cleaning and due to time constraints, paid before inspecting. BIG MISTAKE. We paid $450 for a DEEP clean. What was provided was a light clean at best as we were informed they pretty much just dusted and vacuumed. However, there was still debris all over the floor. There was residue left on counters and tables. Sinks in kitchen not touched. Sinks, toilets, and bathtubs did not appear to be touched. I reached out to the company for an explanation and sent over pictures of exactly what I was talking about. They continued to state that they cleaned even with me showing them proof that areas were left untouched and not cleaned. Also, $450 for dusting and ?vacuuming? is absurd. Instead of offering to complete the job they started or offer to return part of the money, they now have stopped responding. So it appears we are out of our money and will still have to do the job ourself. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
