"STAY AWAY! in Dec. 2023 I bought a high-end AC from them at $5,600.00. It is now July 2024, 7 months from install. I called them as the AC was not working properly. They tell me it is not an AC problem and is not covered under the warranty, it was a condensation line problem. They told me, going forward I will need and should have Maintenance Service twice a year at $350.00. Totally outrageous. STAY AWAY FROM FLOIRDA CLEAN AIR PLUS."

There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
