I left the conversation with a better understanding of the initial inspection process and thoroughly impressed with the overall customer service of everyone I came into contact with at Alpha. From the sales team, field techs and management, my customer service experience was top notch. It's obvious to me that customer service and satisfaction is at the top of their priority list and it resonates througout the organization. Although I experienced a very minor issue with the initial diagnosis of the problems my property was having, I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future and would recommend them to friends and family."

GCS inc dealt with my HOA, pulled Dade County permit, is licensed and insured with very reasonable prices. Their project manager was always punctual, responded every time to calls, texts, and emails. "A friend recommended this company to me, and everything went well at first. I had delays due to the city permit, which was ultimately resolved. My complaint is that the work was designed well, but the concrete cracked. They never fixed it. The seal they put on was stained. The driveway looks dirty. When I look outside my house, all I see is wasted money and a lot of disappointment. Estimated work time: 4 months."

"Amazing! Julian is a very reliable, honest and hard working man with good ethics, which is saying a lot in Miami. I hired him to update my landscaping and he did a beautiful job. He also tiled my front entrance with a new tile and he did a great job! The third thing I hired him to do was to regroup my 30 year old pavers in hopes to improve the look. He tried several times to clean up the haze to no avail. But the good thing was he figured out the reason why it had the haze on it to begin with, which was because someone had tried to regrout it years ago but never sealed it which is why the haze was there. He advised me against rerouting it which was extremely honest and ethical. He could have done it and taken the money and had an unhappy customer but he did the ethical and correct thing. And for that he is now on the top of my list of professionals and I highly recommend him. I will use him if I decide to retire the entire back patio. Good company, and very fair prices."

Communication was somewhat concerned since he spoke little English, however, by using phone translation and the help from my neighbor who spoke Spanish made it easy for him to know what I needed ☑️ . He explained very well that a particular paint has to be used on concrete driveways and the necessary procedures that had to be done for my type of driveway. I am very happy with the work they did.
