(I would've paid for just the house call anyway, as to do otherwise wouldn't be fair to the company.)"

"Earlier today, I woke up to a homeowner nightmare with a freezer that had gone out with food defrosting and hundreds of dollars melting away in front of my eyes. As my husband transferred the contents of the freezer into coolers with ice for interim storage, I called in a panic looking for help. Initially, I was told they were unsure if someone could arrive same day but they would do their best. When I called for an update, they had no one confirmed. I then received a call and technicians were en route. Two men arrived and efficiently and professionally addressed my problem in short order. I came to find out at the end of the appointment that one of the gentleman was actually the owner who understood our plight and came out himself as there were no additional available workers. I would wholeheartedly recommend this top notch company."

"Highly recommended! I called with multiple questions- needed tuckpointing on two chimneys, chimney caps to keep out the raccoons, and an inspection/cleaning of an old wood-burning stove. Scott came out for an inspection and gave me great advice- namely that I would need major repairs and updates to safely use the stove- so he advised me against spending the money to clean it unless I intended to commit to the rest of the project. Scott took his time and explained quite a bit to me. I was in a bit of a hurry to get the chimney work done because I had my new roof on hold waiting for the chimney repairs. Brian came out within a day or two to give me an estimate, then was able to sneak me into his schedule for the next week. Each time they said they would be there, they were. And everything was thoroughly cleaned up before they left! I have two awkwardly placed chimneys and had received multiple repair estimates. Some refused the job, others gave me estimates which were much higher than Good Knight's Sweep. One contractor wanted me to rent a manlift for $1000. Scott and Brian set up scaffolding- off of my upper deck for one of the chimneys, around the power lines for the other- and somehow made it look easy. Brian did the tuckpointing and replaced the crowns on two chimneys- the work was pristine, and they even went back up at the end of the day to clean up a small drip that I never would have noticed. Scott dropped a mothball in the chimneys to keep the raccoons out, then replaced the caps. I have had multiple consultations on how to get the raccoons out long enough to cap the chimneys, all were ridiculously expensive and involved trapping/killing the raccoons- so this solution was amazing. Fees for the caps were also lower than other quotes I received. Finally, I just want to say that these are such nice guys! Scott removed an old antenna that was on my roof and hauled it away. Brian cleaned up some unsightly discoloration on the side of my home that the HVAC guys had left. They could have easily said "sure, I'll do it for $50" or whatever- but both things were done really just as a favor. I'm not someone that normally writes reviews, but honestly just can't say enough good things about these guys. If you need any type of chimney or fireplace work, just call them and look no further."

"They was very professional. They came in and put a camera down our entire furnace system to see how bad it really was. It was filthy. Has never been cleaned before as far as I am aware of. They show us the pictures. And made their recommendation. And then send us a contract of two options. Once we made the decision. They ordered the product and came in and clean our ducts and coated the area we agreed upon. Then they came back and put a second coat on. I am very pleased with the work they did and the fact they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company. This is all they do. To me it was worth the money to stop the dirt getting blown up and out of the furnace duct system on to the furniture."

"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit.
