"This was a massive project for my budget so I was very thorough with my research for a contractor. Dan was always very responsive to my phone calls which was different from most of the other companies I was calling. When we saw the finished project, we could not have been happier that we choose Mardan Cement. The crew was nice, professional and very efficient. The project took 5 days and we have had countless compliments. Since deciding to do this job, I've been obsessed with looking at other people's driveway and patios to find the best and now I get to look at mine. I may be biased, but it's honestly one of the most beautiful I've seen. The driveway and sidewalk make our house stand out more than ever before and the stamped patio is exactly what I envisioned for a backyard oasis. The garage floor completes the entire project. Being an older Lakewood home, the uneven garage floor was an eye sore and it looks brand new! Replacing the storm sewer was slightly unexpected, but we knew it was a possibility as mandated by the city. We had all 4 of our gutters routed to the new storm line so they no longer drain onto the driveway. That was our choice and it finishes off the project nicely. I highly recommend Mardan for all of your concrete needs."

"This work was done 2 years ago and this review never saved correctly for some reason, but because the guys did good work and it still looks great, I figured I'd try to get this saved. I had half of my basement done with Everstone's composite product to cover some unsightly concrete that was also very uneven (a variance of up to 2" overall). The guys sanded down the ugly, gaping cracks I had and I remember being amazed at how well the concrete looked even at that point. The entire process took about 3 days, mostly to let things settle in between. The final day was just for a finishing coat and only took an hour or so. After 2 years, this floor still looks amazing and I've had no issues with the work or product. I haven't needed any more done since, but I'd certainly call Everstone back for another job. The guys were very upfront about the process, job, and answered every question I had. I knew the general cost before I even saw their estimate, and was happy it just about where I had guessed."

"Kyle and two other gentlemen from Basement Guys of Cleveland did a very professional and satisfactory job in late August 2021. They installed Bright Wall, dug trenches in my basement floor, installed a Sedona dehumidifier along with a sump pump, and otherwise waterproofed my entire basement. I also greatly appreciated that they left my dryer vent better than it was originally and cleaned up after themselves inside and outside. I am very pleased overall with a livable and usable basement in my older home. Thanks much for all your hard work, Kyle and other gentlemen."
